Hello

I am a 2D and 3D character artist with experience in project management for independent game development. I graduated May of 2025 with a Bachelors of Games at the University of Utah. I am passionate about theme parks, animals, and inventive problem-solving. My goal in life is to collaborate with others to make creative works that are equally technical as they are artistic.

Dinos TD - Concept Artist

For my senior capstone project, I was part of a 30+ person team to make and publish a video game in six months. Our game, "Dinos TD," is a tower defense game made in UE5 starring dinosaurs. On top of being an art lead and using project management skills to execute a cohesive visual style for the game, I sketched, inked, and colored the concept art and reference sheets for all of the dinosaurs and enemies. I also did concept art for trees, rocks, and other environment features.

Rigging

Here's an example of a rigging project I did in Maya. He has IK and FK arms with a switch for ease of use. He has IK legs with reverse foot functionality. I created blend shapes for different facial expressions and body types, which are toggleable by the UI elements I made. I created costume pieces including spines, horns, and ears that can also be toggled on and off. I achieved some of this with scripting in Mel to handle the repetitive tasks for me.
